Pros

Travel Bounus pay Vacation Salaried position Insurance benefits Management Pay is pretty great for this position. The travel benefits go a long way with pay as well. Great to save money.

Cons

Hours Unloading trucks Manager trainees Long hours Management is under staffed and the MTs is just a glorified store associate position. They could do better with a training director for each store.

Thank you for the comments on travel, bonus pay and benefits. Most associates don't travel in their day to day jobs. We do have some like yours that do for those that like to travel. Most fulltime positions work at least 48 hours per week and anything over 40 hours is paid overtime.

Pros

Lots of training and education is provided by the company. There's room for growth as long as you're willing to work hard. It's a team atmosphere. A lot of overtime available. Diversity is strong within the company. The CEO is always helping people and incentivizing the over achievers. 401k profit sharing.

Cons

No cons. I enjoy working here and I'm thankful for the training.

Pros

The only pros that I can think of is an excellent training program and relocation benefits

Cons

Avoid at all costs if you want any semblance of a work-life balance you will be scheduled for 48 hours a week and routinely work much more depending on your manager or area manager you will get little to no time off with little to no support. Company has a toxic culture will always give you less than what you need to do the job that is being asked of you. Reeks of good old boy culture
