Pros

- Great coworkers for the most part.

Cons

- Pay is far below the market average for this industry and raises are hard to come by. - Management and the company as a whole are disorganized and do not have a clear vision for the future - Little to no training - Expected to handle the workload of 5 people by yourself - 10 hour work days - Facial hair policy; men must be clean shaven every day - Company is stuck in the past and will eventually be left behind because they are too resistant to change -Long story short if you are looking for new employment, LOOK ELSEWHERE

Pros

- Great people to work with. - Paid time off and benefits

Cons

- Salaries across the board are not in line with market value. They have a reputation for paying consistently low wages with a high volume of work, across the board. - They contribute very little to your health insurance. - There is relatively little or no training. - Very little room for upward growth - Very few paid holidays. In the past they have just closed the store, on holidays such as Christmas Eve and New Years instead of paying their employees. Employees would have to them use any leftover personal time to get paid. There’s a lot of Corporate greed going on here

Pros

- Flexible with leaving early - Laid back work environment - Opportunities for advancement - Half days every other Friday

Cons

- 10 hour work day - Under paid for responsibilities - Unfair raises - No support when requested - Little coverage when absent for some positions - Maternity/parental Leave especially considering it promotes being a Women owned Company. - Punished via no promotions/raises when having a child. - Have different standards for each employee - Secretive about topics that effect you directly - Workloads are not evenly divided - Poor management(also have too much on plate in some cases) - Expected to do a lot more than other employees with same job title - Work/life balance is little to none
