Pros

As with everyone who works for this company I started as a Manager Trainee, from there I decided to go into sales. With my background in management I later decided to go towards the management ladder. Within a year I was promoted to Co Manager and a year later I was promoted to Store Manager. This shows if you work hard it pays off. The bonus structure from the entry level to the manager is set up well.

Cons

My only con is the relocation, but I knew about it when I decided to take the job.

Pros

Great learning environment. Great people in the stores.

Cons

Lots of hours. Not much support from upper management. If you get on the wrong side of someone, you're in trouble. Very political.

Gotta pay your dues

Pros

Good money if you are willing to work hard and are lucky enough to be promoted into a good situation. Room to grow if you put in the time and are willing to relocate. Variety of daily activity keeps you out of any monotonous routine.

Cons

Each store has its own personality if you aren't adaptable to different types of people it can be hard to fit in. Fitting in is important because these people are your new family seeing them 50+ hours a week. Some "elite" managers less likely to help in to day-to-day operations and not enough mid level people to pick up the slack. Being a Co-manager is the worst time you'll have with company have fun working every Saturday and every holiday. Trying to use vacation time can be difficult because there's only one person who can cover your hours and that's the guy who approves your time off.
