Here at 84 we want to maintain a level of consistency when we go out to sites to see customers. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and want to show that we are all experts in our field. By always dressing for success we convey that message. We also know that our hours are sometimes longer than other employers. We schedule our hours this way to provide better service to our customers. Also, our bonus system is evaluated every year to make sure it is fair and consistent. When we see this, we know that they have what it takes to move up with the company. We also recognize that our hours are sometimes longer than other employers.
