8yOur Manager Trainee position is an entry level position. In this role we challenge our Associates to show their leadership potential, and their drive to succeed. When we see this, we know that they have what it takes to move up with the company. We also recognize that our hours are sometimes longer than other employers. We schedule our hours the way we do to provide the best service to our customers, as well as give our Associates the opportunity to maximize their earning potential.
