Pros

All the overtime you want. Worked with a fun group of people. Always something to do. Days go by very quickly.

Cons

One of the problems is that the success of the company is tied closely with the status of the home market. When the market is good so are your bonuses. And vice versa in a down market.

Pros

Great opportunity for growth for those willing to put in the effort. Promotion is from within. Good job variety. Great management training program.

Cons

All management promotions require a change in location. Working conditions are harsh, no heat or air in most stores (other than the office area. All promotions based mainly on reaching monthly sales goals. They will fire with no notice. Family owned company - no corporate change.
