      Bonus structure, some opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Misleading on-boarding, racist and homophobic company culture, direct and constant hostility in the workplace, discrimination rampant in all forms, laughable hourly pay, awful management, inconsistent standards for employees, the list goes on.

      Great community of people to work with.

      Cons

      16 dollars an hour isn't worth the labor and time you put in. On tip of that in order to move up, they expect you to move locations.
