Opportunity if you’re liked by the right people and willing to sacrifice your mental health.

Cons

Toxic company culture. Exceptional turnover rate for new hires. Disregard for employee well being. They’ll run you into the ground and try to say you’re family while doing so. When you’re spent, you’ll be replaced.
