      You have a job, that is about it.

      Cons

      Will provide zero training, zero expectations explained, extremely disorganized middle management who have the communication skills of a rock. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to keep you instead of actually working together.

      Love my co workers Close to home New things daily to do Flexible schedule I fit in as "one of the guys" being female Learned alot from my account manager Yes I recommend this place- family works here too. Moved up 3 times in less than a year- hard work pays off.

      Cons

      Gave me a raise when I did not ask, but then took it away to give me monthly bonuses. Insurance is high cost, deductible is outrageous. Not compensated for doing others job as well as your own. Deal with lazy people Drivers can be rude Upper management doesn't care about you
