I'm so angry I can't think of anything at the moment

When I was laid off, there was $2K in expenses I needed to enter so AMEX would be reimbursed. But I was given no access to the system so I couldn't do it. I begged for months to have it paid with no response in most cases as AMEX was coming after me. They FINALLY paid it after about 8 months, but neglected to pay the late fees and are now telling me that I should pay them. I now have a collection agency after me.... How can they be so incredibly insensitive and incompetent? FIX IT!!
