Pros

Since joining 8x8 I have met a lot of great people who helped me to understand what does 8x8 do. The job itself looked hard at the beginning but the company provided all the information to help me understand my role in the business. I was a little bit sketchy at the beginning since I am working from home and all the training was via 8x8 platform, but I need to admit that it was easier than I expected. Great people do great things.

Cons

One downside is that some of the great job opportunities requires to work after the US time zone (many teams are not based in the US) .

Great people across Cluj Napoca, US and UK. Very helpfull from all departments. Great IT products (laptop, dual monitors, all high quality). Quick response from HR and IT dept.

Cons

I've started in 8x8 working from home, and currently still home. No cons for now.

Interesting and diverse Projects, along with great career development and the possibilty to always learn new things alow the employee to keep his interest vivid. The tools used here are high tech. Friendly virtual environment, Professionalism and open communication are the perfect words to describe how people interact at 8x8.
