A good market position with huge potential growth My supervisor is great, one of the best managers I've worked for My team is fantastic - we all get along and we have open discussions on how we can be better I can put forward ideas or identify problems and provide solutions without worrying about stepping on people's toes. The company encourages people to make things better There is lots to do - it's not boring!

Cons

We do have some silos but people know this and are actively working to break them down. I cant think of anything else.
