Pros

Exceptional collaboration and innovation with co-workers who are phenomenal to work with, competitive pay and benefits. Management team is very accessible. Weekly company wide lunches and on-site fitness instruction speak toward the positive cultural changes happening.

Cons

-Sick time is part of PTO/vacation time -With so much growth and innovation, it's easy to get caught up in a project and lose a little bit of work-life balance, but that's usually self inflicted

Great small company for wall street, but not so good for employees

Pros

The co-workers are great. The company and product are great.

Cons

You don't make quota until you've been there at least a year, so for a sales person, you will be underpaid for at least the first year. Also, you're expected to work 10-12 hours a day as an account executive. Account managers can do 8 hours, so if you join, choose account manager.
