Pros

The company had a great WFH policy up until recently. More on that in the cons sections. That's all.

Cons

For all their talk about DEI and other such things, the US leadership clearly has no idea how to deal with the RO employees and it feels more and more like the RO site treated an outsourcing company where orders are passed through the equally clueless RO leadership down to the employees. Whatever the latest company strategy is - it's not working, look at the stock price. Unable to turn the ship around, leadership takes it all out on ICs who haven't received pay increases, tax compensations, inflation indexation, etc. I guess the US leadership hasn't got the slightest clue about how big the RO inflation was and still is and the servile RO leadership is too afraid to raise any legitimate concerns with them. Moreover, there's a big push to RTO because that will clearly fix things. Honestly, the only real benefit for working at this company and now they're taking that away as well because how else can get rid of people without laying them off?
