The environment and community is a perfect place to learn and develop skills and knowledge. Great product focused company and a good sense of bringing value to customers with a focus on R&D.

Cons

There is a severe lack of vision, or better said a lack of stability sticking to a vision, and shortcomings of departments like sales. This affects the development teams leading to drops in morale and struggles on product decisions.
