      In my experience, hands of management, they let you work. Mostly remote.

      Cons

      NEVER expect a raise, you have no job safety towards end of contract. They will let you go to save money before contract ends.

      Pros

      At 9th Way they truly treat you like part of a family. You aren't just a number and never will be treated like a number. They promote from within first before looking outside of the company so there is always room for advancement.

      Cons

      You may not get the highest paying job here since we are small, but the compensation in benefits and being part of something where you can contribute and make a difference goes a long way. Did I mention they treat you like family?! ;-)
