The people are great to work with.

Cons

It is hard to sense when we're successful as there's often very little to look back on as something meaningful that has been accomplished. This leads to genuine questions about long-term viability I've heard many people share.

At 9th Way they truly treat you like part of a family. You aren't just a number and never will be treated like a number. They promote from within first before looking outside of the company so there is always room for advancement.

Cons

You may not get the highest paying job here since we are small, but the compensation in benefits and being part of something where you can contribute and make a difference goes a long way. Did I mention they treat you like family?! ;-)
