The compensation and benefits are generous. I have everything I need to do my job well. The work-life balance is perfect for me. Leadership treats you like family, not a butt in a seat. I got a COVID care package with a hand-written card, a candle, some candy, and a gift card. For the holidays, I got another care package with another hand-written card, a blanket, a Yeti mug, and some hot chocolate treats. We have a virtual happy hour twice a month where we share stories and get to know one another better.
