1. You will get a chance to learn new trending technologies in market 2. You learn quick development 3. You get a chance to develop a project from scratch and you will be taking care of the project till it goes to production. It means full end to end project delivery with different phases 4. You learn how to work in pressure. 5. You get good salary if you are good candidate with right skills
Cons
1. No software development methodology is used. They use AGILE is sake of name only. 2. You get salary in two parts with no defined date. Salary of date 1 to 15 of the month gets credited between 22 to 28 of the month. Salary of date 16 to 30 gets credited on 6-10 of next month. It hampers one's financial commitments. 3. You will be forced to work on Night shift. You are very lucky if you get the afternoon shift. 4. There is half day working Saturday 5. Very bad situation of Cafeteria. Its on companies's roof and made of bamboos without AC. In summer, its pathetic. 6. These are major but lots more.... 7. No HR policies. HRs are there just for roles.
