Good company for freshers as well as experienced guys

Pros

I have been working with A-1 Technology since the last 2 years & we have not faced any problems till date. People say that they have not got salary in time, they are not supported, they are threatening etc etc.. But the truth is that i have got the salary on time. They are in US process so they give 15 days salary, so it is very easily managed. I have already got a Project manager. I also saw that the employees have not got revealing letters, it is only in the case of people who are absconded, rest everyone have got the same. You can ask the employees if you do not believe me

Cons

Nothing at all, i would tell people do not ignore if you get a change to work in US culture.

Pros

The Employees of A-1 Technology are driven by ingenuity and innovation. Every now and then they engage in brainstorming sessions which leads to creative ideas. There are a slew of technologies that you get to work on with large emphasis being laid on future innovation. It is by far the best place for developers to nurture their talent.

Cons

Sometimes you move from one technology to another that can hinder growth.

Working here as a fresher or trainee is always a pleasure as the management prioritizes employee development to provide them with a healthy working environment. The team leaders also provide necessary guidance and are always upfront in lending a helping hand.

Cons

No pick and drop facility for employees.
