Very Bad company as there is very poor management.only for freshers for 6 months.
Pros
A fresher can learn mobile application development and testing in night shift .There is no cab facility , no meal , no tea. NOTHING IS POSITIVE>
Cons
1.Night shift , No cabs, No dinner , no tea 2.No values of employee. 3.To internal architecture, Inexperienced managers.even the people who works under the managers use to teach him technology. 4.Person centered company . The person who General manager is very inexperienced and he takes action like a kid . 5.Very poor management. 6.No salary structure 7.There is not a organisational hierarchy for promotion and growth. 8.No indian leave. Even 15 aug and 26th jan is a working day for night shift guy .Holi ,Ram Navami, Ramadan and Eid , on all the major festival there is no leave for night shift and for day shift there is leave but the day shift guy use to serve 4 hrs extra on the 2 next consecutive Saturday 9.No job security. They can fire you anytime without any prior information. 10.There is direct interference of Accountant,Admin,Legal adviser etc on the floor and they are more powerful then HR too. They use to threat technical guy. 11. Company use to pay salary on 15 days in two parts but not on time. People hardly get salary without deduction. REST YOU CAN IMAGINE......!!!!!!!!!!!!!
