They have just enough women in elevated roles to appear to be an equal opportunity employer but it's a boys club. More knowledge doesn't get you a position over a man who can talk sports.

- The medical benefits are pretty cheap. - Large regional presence. - Late model equipment.

Cons

- Lousy work-life balance. - The amount of work one puts in is never enough for these people. - Discombobulated dispatching. - Feels like a glorified regional long and short haul carrier more than anything. - OT paid after 45 hours instead of 40. - Disingenuous pay raises . - Late model equipment with all kinds of stupid "safety" features. - Every single yard has a different type of pay scale.
