Off on thanksgiving and black friday

management doesn't seem to truly care about you, only about getting work done. communication is extremelyyyyyy poor, poorest I've ever experienced. constantly throwing mistakes you made in your face but no praise for anything you do get right, low pay for extremely high expectations, only break you get is 30min lunch, no other breaks. 2 fifteen minute breaks do not exist here apparently, they refuse to upgrade their systems to present day modern technology so the platforms don't break consistently,... the list goes on.

-Favoritism -micro-aggressive managers -management is out of touch with reality -Gaslighting -Doesn’t follow the NJ employment guidelines. -In an event of major death or an illness. They will write you up if for being out.
