Pay rate for a PT job is good Mgmt does not hassle me Work expectations are fair

Cons

Very dirty, poor air quality, lots of dust. Very hot in the summer about 8-10 degrees hotter on the dock no fans or ac. Very cold in the winter about the same as outside.
