Don't waste your time for the favoritism.

Pros

Pay is pretty decent for the area, other employees are great to work with and always friendly.

Cons

Let go with no warning or reason, no real training and when there is multiple people try to tell you what to do, a lot of favoritism in the company. All about who you know and who you blow to get ahead.

The other workers (not supervisors) are laid back and awesome, but that's about it

Cons

Supervisors are disconnected/don't do anything to help workers out Supervisors play favorites and show it Supervisors slack off and then pass of the added work onto workers to make up for If you want a life outside of work, do not work here. Even if you're supposed to work only 8 hours, expect to be there for 10-12 hours

The rank and file are awesome people to work with.

Cons

Where do I begin?? Someone else pointed out that they work part timers as close to full time hours as possible, that's a fact. Spineless upper management lie to you constantly. They'll tell you whatever they have to in order to keep you on as long as possible. They make promises that they have no intentions on keeping. I think it's a game to mistreat workers just to see how much they will take before they quit.
