Everything else really! From the top down it's nothing short of organizational chaos. Do as I say not as I do mentality, retaliation and favoritism are ways of life there up to and including employment threats and physical violence. If they don't run you out, they will wear you out by being overworked, underpaid, and nickel and dimed for every little thing under the sun. How they get away with half of the stuff they do is beyond me. There is zero work / life balance and you are essentially an indentured servant, nothing more.
