Pros

Coworkers and the benefits. Part time employees got a week of paid vacation each year (hours are based on the average hours worked per week)

Cons

Terrible management, outdated technology, hard to make lateral moves out of customer service. No employee annual reviews and raises were 2.5% across the board. Lots of nepotism!

Supervisor gives us the autonomy to do the job. Doesn't bust our balls, Firm, Fair and consistent. Probably one of the best I have worked for in my 20 plus years of driving.....Benefits are good.... Good people for the most part who care about their jobs.....

Cons

Trucks are a bit slow - but they are in good condition for the most part 2013 - Volvo automatic...
