Near unlimited overtime if desired, Benefits, Starting pay is $18/hour and $24/hour after 2 years for full-time dock workers as of October 2020

Cons

No work-life balance, no climate control on the dock (no allowance for warm clothing), pathetically small pay raises, a lot of anti union propaganda
