Very poor operation, upper management treat employees as if they are beneath them, out of touch with the morals or vision of the family heritage, poorly trained supervisors, you will fall apart mentally and physically after a couple of years. Peter(owner) brought in management from NEMF to take over leadership. They are horrible and they know it. They(pyle) deleted the company pension plan and killed all morale. Worked drivers to the maximum hours frequently and deleted their home life. Always chose a health insurance plan that mostly benefited the higher ups. If they don't like you then you have a mark next to your face in their portrait folder,and they will find a reason to fire you. You're just an a** in the seat there for twelve or more hours a day.
