Good place to build a career and develop professionally. They show a lot of employee appreciation with events and perks for internal employees.

Cons

The corporate, upper level of management tries to connect with everyone, but they always ask the same questions and don't really seem to implement any changes accordingly or address issues brought up in one-on-one meetings.
