Pros

Team oriented environment, room for advancement, appreciation of hard work, professional and encouraging environment, great communication with other staff members, an excellent training program, I really could go on and on! Very proud to say that I worked here for three years. I feel very lucky and I loved working here.

Cons

I don't really consider this a con necessarily, however, this is strictly an office environment, so if you are not comfortable working on the phone and computer most of your day than maybe this isn't the right fit for you.

Pros

A-Line Staffing Solutions is a wonderful family-owned company that treats employees like family, too. The commission structure is fantastic, the overall culture is fun, challenging, and motivating. One of the best things about working here is that your hard work will not only be rewarded but will be acknowledged with positive feedback by the management team.

Cons

After sitting here for about 5 minutes, I can't come up with a single thing to put in this box but I had to put something or it wouldn't let me save.

Pros

-The management team encourages new ideas from the staff and even asks us for our own opinion before moving forward with a new process. -The owners come in every morning filled with excitement to start a new day and constantly motivate the team to be the best we can be - and it works! -The way each Recruiter ensures that their employee is taken care of is truly amazing. - A-Line Staffing Solutions is continuously growing and I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of a new position or is looking for a new staffing partner to help fill positions at their own company! 5 stars without a doubt!
