Pros

Very challenging but in a good way, hard work is always rewarded. The high expectations in place push you to be better. Great resources in place to learn and better yourself. Great place to work!

Cons

I personally do not have any cons, I can see how some individuals could feel overwhelmed though, there are a lot of pressures to be your best, but in my experience if you openly communicate and seek help to be better you will receive it.

I have been with the company for over 5 years and have grown along with it. A-MAX gives you the opportunity to move up, hard work does not go unnoticed. A-MAX always has an "open door" sort of speak policy, upper management as well as directors are always easy to get a hold of and are willing to hear and help in any way possible.

Cons

Company is growing rapidly which is a great thing and can be demanding at times.
