Pros
I love the freedom and the flexibility to run the operations as per my knowledge and understanding. I get to make important decisions and take up new challenges to help boost the performance of my zone. People are very nice. Very helpful. I got consistent coaching along the way. Worked my way up from being a non-insurance background, to a sales rep, then manager, then Zone manager. Perks - Benefits - Pay are good.
Cons
Could be good if they offered 401k or Tuition Reimbursement
