Pros
None they try to pay the minimum and the owners are serious and stuck up when they come around like they purposely want to intimidate you.
Cons
Pay is very low. Long hours and always understaffed because nobody wants to work there! I worked for them a year and a half and was successful because I put a lot of work into it!Pay your employees more! They bought all their managers brand new cars and couldn’t give employees a raise instead when COVID started and went ahead and cut our hours because money wasn’t coming in lol they’re a joke they do not value employees owners see them as their dogs when they come in!!
