      Pros

      It's income! Money is better than no money.

      Cons

      They aren't an honest company. I was told to do illegal things for the benefit of the stores. They used unlicensed individuals to repair the stores etc. Most insurance company have a shredding company dispose of important docs. They are fairly new to this method less than 4 years. Prior to, it was using a regular shredder or throw it out.

      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      There are no pros for this company. STAY AWAY!

      Cons

      -Owners treat employees terribly, unless you suck up or are related to them -HR tells you to get over any issues you have with anyone in upper management, all issues ignored -Benefits are terrible, 5 days PTO the first couple of years -Verbally abused by those in upper management for the tiniest mistakes -Managers throw their employees under the bus -Culture is toxic -Owners openly display their wealth and penny pinch over every cost

      Pros

      The pay is not the greatest but better than other small agencies. You move up fast but because they’re always short staff

      Cons

      Hours are looooong, owners do not care about you, you do not matter to them. The comission is not that great and they expect you to do a lot for them. They keep opening stores and every year they short our bonuses or remove them. If you meet your goal you get $5 to buy lunch. Greedy.
