I've been employed with A-Max for a little over year. The company has many great leaders and there is always something new to learn. It's a growing company and you have to be able to keep up with the changes. IF you are someone that does not like change then this place is not for you. I have seen many people within the organization promoted to management fairly quickly so they are not about seniority. They promote the best qualified person. That is refreshing since most companies overlook you if you have been with the company a short time.

Cons

Benefits need to be more competitive. Also the pay for all the work that is expected is not enough. Bonus structures need to change so that people take their responsibilities more serious.

Get paid every week! Free food every now and then, a great bonus structure, amazing managment, new office, great leads, and good environment to learn and develop into a great insurance sales agent.

Cons

Traffic because where the new building is, health care is a little expensive for a family.
