The pay was sort of decent.

There is a huge issue with this company hiring zone managers who are incredibly immature, narcissistic, menacing and conniving. Myself and a coworker had instances in which we got out work done, while the others in the office were on their phones etc for hours on end. They pin people and will stalk you via their cameras, harass you, even twist your words if you don't follow their own work methods or try your own methods and tactics. During training we are told a specific bracket on what to charge customers. On the job, you're forced to charge $100 or more for agencies fees. This company does not care about their employees nor their customers. The hours were long as well.

1. Benefits 2. Vacation 3. Corporate Work Environment 4. Lack of teamwork in the office 5. Everyone is AFRAID of the "Leadership". Similar to a "Crime Lords". 6. You have to clock in like you are working at McDonald's.

Cons

No work life balances! They expect you to always be on call and answer their calls even in the middle of the night. They expect you to work from home also. Lots of favoritism.
