Great longtime dedecated employees who will go above and beyond.

Cons

Low pay, berating of employees no bonus even for top performers. Can't keep new employees. No clear direction from the top down. Used to be a great place to work it is sad that it has become this bad.

Flexibility is only in some departments and not embraced by all department. Managers allowed to treat employees disrespectfully with no consequences.
