This company is very innovative in its field of industrial fluid sealing. New product pipeline is robust. Lots of technical support to the sales team. There is a possibility of making good money if successful in sales.

Cons

Access to the best customers and territories is often controlled by politics and the "good ole boy" network. The industry trend of nationwide contracts at big discounts has made it difficult to convert a single plant if on the outside looking in and hurt commissions if your plant is included in the contract.
