The people are great. If you are there for long enough(or get a high enough position) the vacation time will add up (3 weeks after 5 years etc). Health insurance is good.

Cons

Used to be very family friendly and employee oriented company. Both of these things have been declining over the years. The yearly raises are typical 2-5% which doesn't even keep up with inflation. If the company re focuses on the employees again this could be an awesome place to work for but until then expect to be overworked and underpaid.
