- Management is lost or too busy to provide focused direction - No focus on advertising or marketing to external contacts. Solely focused on keeping existing customer database and sales suffers because of it - HR is focused on only supporting those who have been at the company for over 10 years - Minimal benefits and no bonuses/raises
