Pros

Great owner, great people, fun environment. I learned a lot and they take care of their employees

Cons

They tend to micro manage way too much. Working with carbon fiber and fiberglass is very itchy

Pros

A&P Technology is a wonderful company that truly cares about it's employees. The owner of the company is as accessible as anyone else in the company and has an open door policy. Management constantly strives to make the workplace safe, comfortable, and fun. In my opinion, the company gives more than it takes offering a great balance of business/family.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. In today's economy, I am grateful to have a good job in a company that cares about me.
