Pros
- Work/Life balance (due to working on a military base, can't speak for the balance for those who work for corporate) - Don't have to deal with the company much as we are contractors
Cons
- Benefits (NO sick days, does not honor benefits earned from previous employment/service under past contracts) - Communication (they are AWFUL with email) - Company does not care about employees - Does not give back to employees

nice and small company focusing in customer and employee growth and satisfaction
Cons
nothing major comes to mind, perhaps company can show more appreciation for loyal and hard working employees.
