Inefficient Recruiting Process with lack of information conveyed to new employees

Flexible working hours and preferences available as per the needs of the employee. Meals preferences were awesome and were liked by more by older community.

Cons

I found the adjustment problem with the older employees, means like they were i guess not happy with the new recruits may be i guess their shifts were decreasing with this
