      Lack of Finance and HR Leadership and Partnership

      Pros

      Great technology and an amazing R&D organization.

      Cons

      Poor finance and HR organizations run by an inexperienced and deceptive leader is hampering the company's growth. Finance is very political and has terminated 100% of its employees in the past 6 months. Most organizations in the company avoid working with finance as much as possible. HR lacks experience and knowledge at the top. Poor benefits with no 401K match. To cap this off, finance leader has a company paid luxury box ticket and parking to all 49ers games at Levi's stadium while no other executive has this perk.

      Great Ideas - Horrible Execution

      Pros

      Technology. Hands down probably the best technical solution to a networking problem thats been engineered/architected in the last decade. People - the majority of the people at A10 are dedicated to to cause - but is it the right cause?

      Cons

      Great technology can only take you so far. You need people, process, and most importantly leadership. While A10 has great technology, their is no culture, limited leadership, and a lack of understanding regarding market dynamics.

      Pros

      The company survives fierce competitions in the network load balancing industry and it is trying to lead the market.Various projects are going on and you will hardly get bored. Usually from time to time you need to move on to new project and you need to spend time to pick up new concepts and new challenges. very dynamic

      Cons

      life is busy and you need to multi task. Sometime you need to work over time in the office.
