Thankful I was working for A10 over the past 4 years, especially during the pandemic. The company and culture are in a constant state of improving, which is a great environment to be in.

Benefits, Office, Operational stability, Sales forecast accuracy, Stock options.

Cons

Leadership is moving the company through a transition. May that be through profitability, headcount, or ownership. Time will tell but it's not a place to build a career now. HR is incapable of performing due to there only being 2 people on staff to deal with hundreds of employees.
