      Good learning opportunity, good mentor-ship, flexibility, and anonymity.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work. Sometimes it feels overbearing. Expected to work extra hours and weekends/holidays

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Excellent and talented peers. If you're valuable, company tries to take care of you like working remotely etc. Free snacks and dinner everyday.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Upper management's planning is lacking.

      Pros

      Flexibility business hours but is not for all employees, it depends on position.

      Cons

      staff are like elementary school students mentality, every employees try to dig holes for co-workers. no teamwork. No code of ethics.
