potential windfall of options.. will work with a lot of people that like to work long long hours, and usually weekends.

Cons

they will give you a sh*t-ton of options, but try asking anyone how many options that really amounts to? if you quit, don't bother giving two weeks notice.. they won't pay you. might as well leave when you are ready to leave. HR is a joke to work with.. they tried to collect medical benefits money for the remaining month that I was not on payroll bc they chose not to pay me 2 weeks. They have a product that pales in comparison to F5 Networks and Citrix and everything you do is trying to beat them, and usually only win bc of price.

Was having very good working environment till previous CEO, now all business minded and no innovation or no new things.

Cons

Recently they closed Bangalore office and asked employees to leave with out proper notice/no compensation etc., Employees are all frustrated Very unprofessional management, no honesty, no respect to employees. HR dept in US is un responsive and not trust worthy, they can come and ask any employee to leave any time Higher management didnt even care about employees worked day and night in 2020 and for 2020 bonus they didn't even give, they have not given employee bonus for last 2 years.

Cons

As a start-up company, it requires a lot of hard work. One person may be responsible for multiple jobs. Also, the company lacks enough senior engineers to design the architecture and guide the entry level engineers. For the same reason, the related documents and training courses are scarce. You need to rely on yourself in most of time.
