      Pros

      Openwork Environment Flexible work hours Get to learn new technologies Good Management ( 360 deg evaluation rather than 180) Good payscales Amicable colleagues Extra perks above the salary

      Cons

      HR - At the moment only one person handles HR/Admin process at Bengaluru office. So things like reimbursement, office supplies, and other such relative stuff take time to be processed or procured. Hoping that someday this gets sorted.

      Thank you for your comments. Yes, we only have one administrative resource at our Bangalore office who is required to support many areas of the business. HQ HR will be visiting the Bangalore team in September and will evaluate how our services can be improved.

      I work from Bangalore office as software engineer Some of the Pros working here are: *Latest technology with bleeding edge innovation: It might be one of very few companies which provide good and promising work. * Open source exposure * flexible working hours. * work from home * sense of ownership * No micro management * Salary at par (slightly higher) with best companies in market. I would give thumbs up to work here given the methodology of work and degree of freedom. The work culture of Bangalore team is very good. Thanks to the director of engineering here.

      Cons

      I won't say this as downsides. But these are area of improvements: * HR department is not so good. * Handling of finances should be streamlined. I personally don't think the below point is a downside but would like to keep it here. * Office size is small: Don't compare it with Big offices.
