      There are no pros whatsoever.

      Cons

      Dishonest staff, boss of company will totally rush the interview process and is only concerned with her commission not finding you a decent job. Waste of gas.

      Pros

      In some ways the best job I ever had as far as the actual work and purpose of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Extremely intense and agressive management style. No work/life balance. Often there was yelling and negativity. If you can thrive in that kind environment you will do well.

      A lot of autonomy in the job. If you're a self-motivated, organized individual who likes working with their hands, mind and technology, this is a great job and place.
